Governor Jared Polis issued an executive order to suspend in-person instruction at all public and private schools in Colorado from March 23 to April 17. This is in an effort to help curb the spread of COVID-19 throughout the state.   This executive order directly impacts rentals of APS facilities.  All athletics, activities, events, FACILITIES RENTALS and childcare are cancelled during this time frame and the earliest we will resume rentals is APRIL 20, 2020.   All reservations for rentals will be cancelled and accounts will be refunded or credited. 

 

Refund Policy
We will refund all charges except non-refundable application fee if notified within 72 hours in advance of an event cancellation.

Weather cancellation: We will refund all charges except non-refundable application fee if notified within 72 hours after a weather cancellation. Overpayments and refundable deposits will be refunded after all timecards and expenses for an event have been collected. We issue refunds at the end of the contract or 30 days after collection, whichever comes last. We issue credit card refunds to the card ending in the same last 4 digits as the original charge.
