In an effort to help curb the spread of COVID-19, APS is not currently accepting requests for rentals.  We will follow CDC recommendations reguarding reopening procedures once the decision to reopen has been made.

Refund Policy
We will refund all charges except non-refundable application fee if notified within 72 hours in advance of an event cancellation.

Weather cancellation: We will refund all charges except non-refundable application fee if notified within 72 hours after a weather cancellation. Overpayments and refundable deposits will be refunded after all timecards and expenses for an event have been collected. We issue refunds at the end of the contract or 30 days after collection, whichever comes last. We issue credit card refunds to the card ending in the same last 4 digits as the original charge.
